Inkah is a passionate agent for change with a warmth, enthusiasm and approach that facilitates authentic, meaningful and sustainable change for all people.

As an experienced executive, human resource management specialist and mental health professional, Inkah's work across the healthcare, education, government and for-purpose sectors has seen her cultivate a robust toolkit of best-practice human-centred strategies to embedding transformative leadership, organisational change and workplace wellbeing. She has designed, developed and delivered executive leadership, change leadership, workforce culture and employee wellbeing programs for organisations Australia wide, and has worked closely with organisations and communities to co-design psychosocial risk mitigations and disaster resilience frameworks. Her diverse experiences, coupled with her skills as an advanced facilitator, learning and development specialist, and leadership coach, positions Inkah as an in-demand cross-industry consultant, thought leader, and international public speaker.

Qualifications & Educations
Inkah is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), an ICF certified Executive Leadership Coach (ACC), a certified APMG Change Management and PROSCI Change Practitioner, an accredited DISC Advanced practitioner, and qualified Trainer and Assessor.
She also holds a Masters Mental Health (MMH), Masters Healthcare Leadership (MHCL), a Masters Business Administration (MBA HRM), and is engaged in international leadership, workforce and industry-based research through her academic partnership with Southern Cross University.
